The Air we breath.
Air helps us as humans but it is vital to us all as animals and plants. It connects us to ourselves as well as our environment. It is the thing we share from fish to mushrooms, as we evolve so does our environment and how we treat it effects us all.
With each breath we are singing or screaming, with each breath we mutter our first words or we speak our dreams. With each breath we are living and we are dying Every moment, every breath has meaning. Our Air is energy and we are surrounded by it; be it Cosmic, material, spiritual or our life force. I hope to express this through a visual sense.
Die Luft, die wir atmen .
Luft hilft uns als Menschen aber es ist vital für uns alle- Tiere und Pflanze. Es verbinden uns zu sich selbst und unsere Umwelt. Es ist das, was wir gemeinsam haben, von den Fischen bis zu den Pilzen. So wie wir uns entwickeln, so entwickelt sich auch unsere Umwelt, und wie wir sie behandeln, hat Auswirkungen auf uns alle.
Mit jedem Atemzug singen oder schreien wir, mit jedem Atemzug murmeln wir unsere ersten Worte oder wir sprechen unsere Träume. Mit jedem Atemzug leben wir und wir sterben. Jeder Moment, jeder Atemzug hat eine Bedeutung. Unsere Luft ist Energie, und wir sind von ihr umgeben, sei sie kosmisch, materiell, spirituell oder unsere Lebenskraft. Ich hoffe, dies durch eine visuelle Wahrnehmung auszudrücken. Ich hoffe, dies auf visuelle Weise auszudrücken.
Über die Künstlerin Niko Mitsuko
Niko Mitsuko hails from Long Beach, California but as a child she moved to Las Vegas. She first learned how to print in a darkroom in high school and became fascinated with the magic of photography. Later, she went on the study at UNLV, where she received a BFA in Fine Art with and emphasis on Photography and a BA in Film. She moved to Portland, Oregon, to launch her artist career, and has exhibited her work across the United States, earning multiple recognitions for her photography. Along the way, she has refined her style and expanded her repertoire to include painting and mixed media works. She currently resides in Berlin, Germany, and has had her works featured in exhibitions across Europe, notably in Paris, London, Nottingham, Rome and Berlin.
Niko Mitsuko war in den USA Kalifornia geboren. Als ein Kind hat sie nach Las Vegas umgezogen. Wohin hat sie traditionelle Dunkelkammerfotografie gelernt. Nachdem hat sie bildende Kunst bei UNLV studiert. Erwarb sie einen BFA in Bildender Kunst mit Schwerpunkt Fotografie und einen BA in Film. Sie zog nach Portland, Oregon, um ihre Künstlerkarriere zu starten und hat ihre Arbeiten in den gesamten Vereinigten Staaten ausgestellt, wobei sie mehrere Auszeichnungen für ihre Fotografie erhielt. Im Laufe der Zeit hat sie ihren Stil verfeinert und ihr Repertoire um Malerei und Mischtechniken erweitert. Derzeit lebt sie in Berlin, Deutschland, und hat ihre Werke in Ausstellungen in ganz Europa gezeigt, insbesondere in Paris, London, Nottingham, Rom und Berlin.
