Participation free. Time: 16-18.30. During the summer school holidays 17.7.- 30.8. 2024 we have a break. The Workshops will be continued from Sept. 6. 2024. Repair workshops evolve around the idea of restitution and rescue, up-cycling and achieving spiritual harmony. Repairing instead of throwing away as a practice for sustainability. Everyone is welcome to bring clothes to mend or pieces to glue. Mending materials, handicrafts utensils and glues are available for use. Children between 8-18 years old can join as well to experiment with drawing, embroidery, handicrafts and painting. The series of Recycling in Art Workshops as an alternative artistic practice “Beyond the Brush” is being conducted by our guest artist Danica Rugic. The artworks made during the workshop can be taken home by the participants or alternatively exhibited in the exhibition space of the Nachbarschaftszentrum Brunnentreff. Volkssolidarität-Berlin.
